Robert Stadnycki has been a producing artist in various media upon his graduation from college.  After creating production and one-of-a kind pottery in his early career, he introduced fiber into his clay works which led to a line of corporate and residential contemporary fiber wall structures.  In 1994, he introduced a new line of faux finish, gilded, sculptural boxes and furniture.  Traveling across the United States to market his work, Robert has shown at the New York International Gift Show, Buyer’s Market of American Crafts (in Boston, Baltimore, High Point, NC, and Philadelphia), and the Atlanta and Los Angeles Design Gift Shows, and eventually, his work was represented in over 300 galleries, catalogs, museum shops and interior designers from specialty galleries to Bloomingdales and Macy’s Department Stores.  Currently, Robert is creating a new line of acrylic, hand-painted floor cloths and one-of-a-kind painted & printed clothing of the original artwork whimsically branded:

"IT’S OK TO HAVE TOO MUCH FUN"

All artwork may be ordered in specific sizes and colors. The acrylic hand-painted floor cloth canvases are abstract in design using acrylic paint and glazes. The floor canvases are protected on the front with layers of poly-acrylic for years of durability and can be wiped with any household cleaner. An outdoor house paint coats the back of the canvases for any indoor or outdoor use.

In addition to being a producing artist, Robert has served as Executive Director of Greater Harrisburg Arts Council since 1995 orchestrating and producing the 41st annual Patriot-News Harrisburg Artsfest & Kipona Artfest. He has juried many national arts festivals including the Cherry Creek Arts Festival in Denver and is seen regularly on HGTV showcasing his garden and studios.
